“When I’m here, I feel my heart expand and a deep, grounding connection with the earth and others in the circle. I’m reminded of beauty, and why it’s important for me to share who I am. The power and wisdom I gain here keeps me coming back…” - MW

Together we sing, share stories of experience, laugh, eat, and weave our magic.

Note: We’ll take a break for July, see you in August!

Community Agreements

Being in community is a practice! Here are some guidelines to support us:

We practice confidentiality. Let this be a space where we can bring our full selves without fear of judgment or exposure. If you share something from our time together, a gentle request to do so with discernment, and without names or identifiers.

We speak from our own experience. We speak from the “I”, and honor each other’s stories without interrupting or adding our own.

We attune to the voices that have been most marginalized. We practice centering the stories and lived experience of those most effected by systemic harm, silencing and erasure. We practice deep listening and self-awareness in how we’ve been conditioned to take up space.

We refrain from coaching, advice-giving, or fixing. Trusting the path, our own and each other’s, means honoring laughter, tears and cathartic release without jumping to fix. We let it be weird and messy when it’s weird and messy.

We act with respect and consent. If we feel drawn to connect with someone’s experience - whether through a question, a reflection, or energy - we ask first, and pause to hear the answer.

We care for our bodies. Get water, get food, stretch when you need to. If you need to lay down and sleep in circle, we’ll get you a pillow and blanket and tuck you in. If you feel like you’re sitting with too much anxiety, or too deep in grief to show up and be in community… remember that that’s sometimes the best time to get here.

This is a living practice, one we shape together. Thank you for being part of it!
