Bring your whole self: Yep, even her.

Ever feel like there’s a whole cast of characters living in your head — the people-pleaser, the inner critic, the avoidant, the one who wants to quit their job and move to Portugal tomorrow?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful and playful therapeutic model that invites you to meet your many inner parts with curiosity instead of judgment. In this accessible, beginner-friendly workshop, Khader Humied (therapist, facilitator, parts-whisperer, and dear friend) guides us through the fundamentals. Learn to identify and build relationship with the different aspects of your inner world — especially the ones you've been avoiding, silencing, or shaming.

Expect a mix of storytelling, gentle inner work, group exploration, and probably at least one “ah-ha” moment where you realize, “Oh. That’s not me, that’s just my overachiever panicking again.” To learn more about Khader and see his compassion at work, check out this episode of the “Yalla!” podcast he was featured on.

SOJOURN

A 1:1 in-person journey of renewal and remembering. This is your invitation to come back home.

“Before I started working with Annie, I was doing everything I could to avoid any feelings or experiences associated with grief. I was afraid. Having a safe space with a gracious and skilled companion was exactly what I needed to make the beginning of my grief journey into something sacred and generative.”
