Wholehearted: Slow down, help out, wake up.

How do we want to build our lives, knowing trouble will come?
— Koshin Paley Ellison

How do we embark on a life of investigation that leads us to deeper places of connection… so that when the bottom drops out, we find ourselves invested in a path of honesty, intimacy and community, that sustains and nurtures us.

At the end of each chapter, we’re asked to sit with a few questions to contemplate. Some of my “favorite” aka most confronting:

What are your walls, and how can you take them down?
What are the messes in your life that you’ve turned away from?
How can you practice not responding to your own reactivity in a habitual way?
